First, save your Photoshop Actions in:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop CS2\Presets\Photoshop Actions
(default location).
In Photoshop > press "F9" or go to "Window > Actions" to open the Actions palette.
Click on the small triangle in the right upper corner or the "Actions" palette.
Select > "Load Actions" from the menu, then locate your action and press "Load".
Actions are stored in "Sets" that can include up to 100 actions.
Click on the triangle next to the Action Set, and select one of the actions.
Important: You must have an image open and generally it must be "flat" (no layers) for an action
to work properly.
Now, just click "Play" button located at the bottom of the actions palette to run the
action you have selected.
